1 bunch of pudina/mint
1/2 bunch of coriander leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 medium onion chopped
4-5 green chillies
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
Salt to taste
Grind all these together, adding as little water as possible. Goes well with Parathas and can be used for chutney sandwiches. Sometimes, I do add this to the biryani masala.
